The 1924 Indiana licence plates fix the time, and the Lincoln Tower looming in the background helps fix the place, but where is this? The lettering on the dumpster in front of the car on the right says, "L. W. Dailey Construction Fort Wayne, IN." The licence plate numbers are "393 838" on the left and "393 792" on the right.
